Three Ways to Keep Remote Workers Tapped In

October 7th, 2016

With the onset of the digital revolution, telecommuting is more common than ever before. The benefits of a remote workforce are several – lower overhead, HR and labor costs, and even promotion of an environmentally responsible workplace by reducing the carbon footprint of commuting.

In an effort to attract and keep the most talented and productive workforce possible, these three standards must apply:

  • Remote workers have to have the same communications capabilities as in-office employees.
  • Calendar and location information has to be available to let mangers, co-workers, and clients know how and when to reach them.
  • Not only do they need the ability to share documents and participate in meetings from far away, but secure access to company information and expertise.

If you have questions about the best ways to leverage your office technology to keep remote workers tapped in to the flow of information as mentioned above, please email!
