Meet Cortel’s October Employee of the Month, Alan Borck!

As a part of our strong commitment to our clients, each month we take some time to single out an employee of our firm who has demonstrated outstanding client service. This October, the Cortel Employee of the Month is Alan Borck, Senior Account Executive, who has been with us for over four years.

Alan’s consultative approach to working with clients has made him highly effective in meeting their needs for decades. He identifies their pain points, looking at the whole picture when analyzing their business. He doesn’t go with a preconceived idea of what clients need; instead of pushing products he engineers the right solution.

Finessing his role as a “solutions quarterback”, Alan’s ability to work closely with strategic vendor partners has made the difference. Leveraging best of breed solutions from partners such as VMWare and Mitel broadens the scope of options, allowing him to come to the table with a wide variety of ways to solve client challenges. As an example, strategic partner Mitel’s contact center recording solution can be delivered on premise or in the public, private, or public cloud depending on what works for the client. Alan employs a team approach, many time inviting the partner to work directly with him and the client to ensure a smooth implementation. Leveraging strategic partnerships this way allows Alan to come to the table with the right solution every time and ensure a seamless integration.

October Work Anniversaries
