Responsibilities include:

Account management including contact information, understanding of customer business model, and installed technology equipment within our internal database.

B2B prospecting and sales pipeline development

Consulting with prospects on technology needs, developing solutions in conjunction with our internal engineers and vendor partners, presenting proposals and closing contracts.

Maintaining an active network of business contacts to develop new leads and prospects.

Ideal candidates will be:

Comfortable contacting and working with executive level decision makers.

Able present a business professional attitude and display self-sufficiency toward achieving business goals.

Excellent at proposal presentation and have good consultative skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)

Equipped with working knowledge of:

  • Voice / Contact center / VoIP solutions
  • Strong traditional voice background
  • Strong knowledge of VoIP standards and protocols

Previous experience with Tigerpaw CRM not required, but preferred

Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience preferred
